Research Publishing Ethics at the Center:

  • Scientific integrity when receiving a submission: reviewing it, performing scientific peer review, informing participants of acceptance, apologies, or the end of the review process.
  • If any modifications are required for a submission, they must not be made without prior discussion with the researcher.
  • Scientific arbitration of the submission is governed by rules of objectivity, neutrality, transparency, and integrity.
  • The center owns the intellectual property rights of the submission after it is published on the website and the report is issued.
  • It is not allowed to resubmit the same work to any other party, whether fully or partially.
  • The center has the right to republish the submissions on behalf of the center explicitly, whether within scientific partnerships with other research centers and institutions or with any other entity.
  • Publication is free of charge for professors and researchers.
