Research Publishing Ethics at the Center:
- Scientific integrity when receiving a submission: reviewing it, performing scientific peer review, informing participants of acceptance, apologies, or the end of the review process.
- If any modifications are required for a submission, they must not be made without prior discussion with the researcher.
- Scientific arbitration of the submission is governed by rules of objectivity, neutrality, transparency, and integrity.
- The center owns the intellectual property rights of the submission after it is published on the website and the report is issued.
- It is not allowed to resubmit the same work to any other party, whether fully or partially.
- The center has the right to republish the submissions on behalf of the center explicitly, whether within scientific partnerships with other research centers and institutions or with any other entity.
- Publication is free of charge for professors and researchers.
